MANAGERS
NESCOE is directed by a Board of Managers who represent the six New England states. Managers are appointed by the Governor of each state. Regardless of the number of individuals appointed by each Governor, each state has one undivided vote in arriving at NESCOE determinations.

CONSULTANTS
Waine Whittier and George Smith, both of whom are electrical engineers with substantial planning and engineering experience in New England, provide NESCOE with technical analysis and support in the area of system planning and expansion.
Analysis Group provides NESCOE with technical assistance in connection with resource adequacy.
