RTOs/ISOs: Eastern Interconnection Planning Collaborative

As a member of a coalition of regional planning authorities from the Eastern Interconnection, called the Eastern Interconnection Planning Collaborative, ISO-NE submitted a proposal to DOE. The proposal provides a grass-roots approach to transmission planning for the Eastern Interconnection built upon the individual plans developed by each member.  Information on the initial EIPC proposal is here.  The EIPC's October 2009 Stakeholder Seminar presentation is here.
